Some of you may know me as Brit Marie Photography (Est. in 2017) but in 2020 I officially changed my name! My best friend and inspiration for all that I do, my grandmother, got diagnosed with cancer. She is the reason I believe in myself and believe I can do anything I put my mind to. Her grandchildren are her life and we believe she is ours too! When she got diagnosed, I knew no matter what, I wanted to take her everywhere with me and honor her in a way that just felt special so... that's what I decided to do. DARLING is the last name of her late husband, my Grandfather, Joe. But not only that, Darling describes my grandmother perfectly and anyone who has met her would agree! I love that I get to honor her in something that I am passionate about and in something she supports me fully as well!

Meet the Photographer
Hello! I am Brittany DischerTanski (DT) Owner and Photographer of Darling Photography. I am a full time work from home Quality Assistant for Behavioral Health Network as well as a full time mom. I am also a seasonal High School volleyball and softball coach as well as a full-time college student pursuing a masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I started my photography journey in 2017 for a friends wedding and loved how creative I could be. I decided... this was a path I wanted to pursue. I connected with MANY photographer friends and got soo much advice, encouragement, and guidance and felt confident enough to get myself out there! I started my professional career in 2019 and found my knack and favorite types of photoshoots (although I honestly love them all). I love to connect with my community and I love that I get to capture all your memories!
Meet my Wife
Shannon runs her own at home Daycare center, also named Darling ChildCare. She has been a teacher for 18+ years and her passion for children is what made me fall in love with her! Shannon is currently looking to expand the daycare and will be making big investments in the upcoming years! Shannon and I met in 2013 at work (Child Care) and as much as id like to think fairy tales aren't real, I truly believe I am living in one with her! We instantly had a connection and just knew we were meant to be together forever! In 2016 we got engaged and in 2017, we were MARRIED! I love going through life with my number one supporter and best friend! We have raised 2 cats and a dog together but in 2018, we were ready to raise a child....

Rowan & Dawson
In 2019, we finally succeeded, WE WERE PREGNANT!!!! We got the news shortly after Shannon's Grandmother had passed away and we couldn't help but to think she had something to do with it! Rowan has become the most caring, kind and genuine little girl! She is very curious and independent and we love being a part of her growth everyday!
In 2022, we welcomed our second daughter, Dawson! Dawson is spicy and sweet all at the same time! She has the best manners yet knows how to start an all out brawl! (haha). They warn you about the second child but dang do you love them just as much the second time around!
